Dr Stankovic is Senior Expert of Intellectual Property for the World Bank since 2016. She was also a resident expert for intellectual property for the country of Ukraine for the PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2019. She is highly experienced in assessment of productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of program operations; in establishment of criteria to measure and predict attainment of program/organizational goals and objectives; in development of administrative regulations for allocation and distribution of personnel, supplies, equipment, and other resources; in conducting program analysis, formulating strategy, making project recommendations, designing evidence-based new programs or redesigning ongoing ones; and in preparing and reviewing concept papers and other knowledge products. She has Ph.D. in Economics from St. Cyril & Methodius University, Skopje, LLM in International Law from Chicago Kent College of Law in 2009-2010. She was also a Fulbright scholar at Duke University College of Law from 2008 to 2009.
