Greg is an accomplished tax and consulting advisor of publicly traded companies. With more than 25 years of experience in highly regulated industries, Greg has developed a deep expertise in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks as a tax advisor to the board and senior management and has a proven track record of leading tax and compliance functions as well as managing large teams across various disciplines. Since 2020, Greg is the owner of a successful of a consulting firm. His primary responsibilities include advising various publicly traded companies on tax and structuring issues. Prior to starting his own firm, Greg began his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers and served as a Director for various public companies. He was integral in the structuring of a private equity owned company for its initial public offering. He holds an Accounting and Law degree from the University of Kentucky.
